If your purchase arrives damaged, please email me at: hollowhillhome@gmail.com as soon as possible.  Please include a photo of the damaged product(s) within 3 days of receipt.  Broken or damaged products will not be replaced without proof of photo.

  1. At Hollow Hill Home, we want you to be happy with every single purchase.  Should a product not meet your expectations, please email our team at hollowhillhome@gmail.com to work toward a quick resolve to the issue.

Hollow Hill Home is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.  If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the incorrect address, please contact your local post office as we do not have control over postal service.

With the purchase of each candle you will receive a Candle Care Card. Typically, when you receive your new Hollow Hill Home candle, let it burn long enough to allow the melted wax on the surface to reach the edge of the jar.  This may take 2-4 hours depending on the size of your candle. We also recommend keeping your wicks trimmed to ¼” for the best performance of your candles.

Hollow Hill Candles use all-natural cotton wicks for a clean, long-lasting even burn.  They are made with wax using all natural, domestically grown soybeans.

At this point in time, Hollow Hill Home is not offering wholesale partnerships, but it could be an option sometime in the future.
